Possess a current LPN license in the state of Washington
Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
Have attention to detail and clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident
Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions

Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
Ability to process care plans and other required documents in an efficient timeframe
Be available and willing to work one weekend shift and holidays as needed/scheduled
