Data Entry Clerk
Pay: $15
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and electronic systems with a high level of accuracy.
Data Verification: Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy while identifying discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems in an orderly and efficient manner.
Report Generation: Generate reports and retrieve data from databases and electronic files as requested by management.
Document Verification: Verify data by comparing information to source documents and maintaining detailed daily logs and records.
Administrative Support: Assist with general clerical and administrative duties to support daily office operations.
Office Equipment Operation: Operate standard office equipment including computers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, and other office machinery.
Computer Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, data entry systems, and office equipment.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and attention to detail when entering, reviewing, and maintaining data.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with coworkers, supervisors, vendors, and guests.
Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
