3-10 years of experience in a similar role
Minimum for 2 years in a manufacturing environment, preference in a quality role
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with inspection techniques and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person citizenship status
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; or the ability to learn quickly
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze problems, make independent judgments to initiate corrective action or resolution, and report results as required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
Regular attendance and timeliness are an essential function of the job in order to avoid any disruptions in production and customer service
Able to interpret part and assembly drawings
Proficient with software including the Microsoft Office Suite
