One to three years of experience completing warehouse tasks, preferably in production or distribution environments with palletizing or material handling responsibilities
Clear, concise, and accurate communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and work as part of a team while meeting palletizing quotas, quality standards, and shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic mathematics skills
Basic computer experience
Strong attention to detail
Physical ability to lift, move, and carry materials up to forty-five pounds during a ten-hour shift
Ability to frequently reach, stand, bend, walk, crouch, kneel, and bend at the knees during a ten-hour shift
Willingness to work in various climate conditions within the warehouse environment
Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work, including mandatory Saturdays when required
Commitment to following all safety rules, wearing required personal protective equipment, and complying with company policies in a non-exempt warehouse production role
