High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to read, write, and understand English effectively
Ability to use microscopes, tweezers, soldering irons, and small hand tools
Prior experience in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments, such as medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus, but not required
