3+ years of relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mech inspection for an electronics manufacturer; working in the aerospace & defense industry
Experience inspecting mechanical and electrical (PCBAs, cables, etc..) items
Able to use standard measurement and inspection tools including pin gauges, calipers, visual inspection system, microscope, etc.
Ability to obtain certifications to J-STD 001, IPC-610, and IPC-620
Knowledge of ESD S20.20 and generally accepted good practice for ESD control
Able to use engineering drawings or process documentation to perform inspections.
Execute first article inspections of newly released designs.
