5+ years in a management role, overseeing field teams
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate field personnel
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Follows OSHA Electrical Standard
Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
