Minimum 3 years of Shipping Lead, Logistics Lead, Distribution Lead, Shipping Supervisor, or Transportation Coordinator experience.
Advanced ERP experience required.
SAP experience required.
Must be proficient with SAP Transaction Codes (T-Codes) and understand inventory, warehouse, and shipping transactions.
Strong understanding of Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping manifests, packing lists, freight documentation, and transportation paperwork.
Experience troubleshooting shipment-related issues and identifying root causes of shipping delays.
Ability to manage dock schedules, carrier appointments, truck arrivals, loading priorities, and shipment deadlines.
Experience monitoring and improving truck turnaround times and carrier detention performance.
Strong understanding of inventory control, inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and warehouse management processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, reporting, and data analysis.
Experience working in high-volume manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with drivers, carriers, warehouse personnel, production teams, and management.
