Must be 18 or older
Must be able to obtain certification and safely operate forklift and other machinery as required
Microsoft Office skills required
Basic computer and data-entry skills; ability to use scanners and warehouse systems
Experience with or ability to learn track-and-trace systems to monitor shipment status, resolve discrepancies, and support accurate freight movement
Ability to review, update, and maintain shipment tracking information in internal systems
Comfortable using email, digital tracking tools, and internal logistics software
High attention to detail when completing shipment documentation and tracking records
Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to ninety (90) pounds
