Coordinate outbound and inbound carrier shipments to optimize warehouse schedules
Adjust schedules in response to cancellations or emergencies to ensure efficiency
Book, confirm, and update appointment times with carriers and customers as needed
Serve as the primary contact for carriers and customers regarding tracking and scheduling concerns
Input scheduling information into systems using scheduling software
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and appointments effectively
Excellent communication skills to liaise with carriers and customers
Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping to maintain accurate scheduling information
Problem-solving skills to handle last-minute changes and resolve scheduling conflicts
Ability to filter phone calls and manage inquiries professionally
Weekly pay starting at $19.50/hr
Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
