High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting 480V three-phase electrical systems, motor starters, controls, and electronic circuit boards.
Ability to read and interpret repair instructions, blueprints, schematics, flowcharts, and technical documentation.
Experience using computerized maintenance systems, email, maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts lists.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop.
Ability to repetitively lift, twist, stretch, and reach overhead.
Ability to stand and walk throughout a 12-hour shift.
Work in compliance with OSHA regulations and plant safety requirements.
