High school diploma or GED or 8+ years of relevant work experience and knowledge as certified within Aggreko's Tech Certification Program with some exposure to MV electrical installation and commissioning or similar program in the MV testing and/or construction
High level of knowledge of the entire electrical system, MV and LV, specifically the key electrical components and the proper gear setup, commissioning and start up procedures
Proven knowledge of the principles of electricity and electrical design
Completion of third-party certifications within the Aggreko Training Plan (AVO) or equivalent MV training program (company provided training upon hire)
Ability to travel domestically, internationally and offshore
Ability to lift heavy objects
Available to work overtime

Basic computer skills (MS Office).
Hands on inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient with measurement tools and visual inspection techniques.
Experience interpreting technical drawings, P&ID's and specifications.
Experience reviewing material test reports.
Experience working with hand tools, welding equipment, saws, punch press, drill press air tools, grinders, forklift, and overhead crane operations.
Possess a positive attitude, ability to work well within a team and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with technical and math abilities.
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to identify quality issues and recommend effective corrective actions.
Working knowledge of non-conformance reporting and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with AWS, ASME & ISO 9001 quality standards and systems.
