At least 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience or equivalent military service
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform repetitive movements (standing, bending, reaching)
Wear required PPE
Operate machinery for extended periods
Read and interpret technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels
Assemble industrial electric motors and components (stators, rotors, bearings, housings, wiring)
Complete electrical connections, routing leads, and interpreting schematics to ensure proper insulation, grounding, and functionality
Perform quality checks and functional testing (hi-pot, continuity, balance)
Identify defects, and complete rework or troubleshooting in collaboration with quality and engineering teams
Operate assembly tools (torque tools, presses, hand tools) safely and accurately
Maintain equipment calibration
Support efficient production flow, line balancing, and coordination across departments
Track production data and work orders
Follow SOPs and safety standards
Maintain a clean 5S-compliant workspace
Contribute to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
