Bachelor's degree required; MBA or healthcare management degree preferred
Direct management of 8-25 person multi-disciplinary teams
Proven track record of hitting and exceeded revenue targets in a consultative, service-driven environment

Manage center financials including budgets, forecasts, and P&L; oversight
Champion a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture
Support ongoing staff training and development to drive success
