A bachelor's degree in engineering (i.e. Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, or similar discipline) or physics is required
A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a metallurgical/materials/manufacturing engineering environment is required
Must have relevant engineering experience along with technical expertise and communication skills to coordinate multiple engineering activities simultaneously
Must have additive manufacturing experience
Must have hands-on experience and ability to work in a laboratory environment
Must be able to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely written and verbal communication
Must be a strong team player with the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
