Advanced working knowledge of flight hardware, tooling/GSE, bonding, composite materials, riveting, and other processes associated with tool shop and aerospace assembly operations
Ability to work occasionally in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold or rain
Ability to apply sound judgment and common-sense reasoning to carry out detailed, verbal and written instructions
Ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Advanced mathematical proficiency, including Algebra, Trigonometry, and GD&T-related; calculations
Ability to set up and operate fabrication and machining equipment, including band saws, milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, and hoist/crane equipment
Ability to travel off-site occasionally to customer facilities to perform work
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, including drill motors, grinders, and basic precision measurement instruments such as micrometer, calipers, and bore gauges
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as an Assembler, including prior experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing between 15 and 50 pounds

Thorough knowledge of distribution activities.
Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and more with appropriate assistance.
Knowledge of US Air & Ocean Export / Import Operational processes preferred (site specific)
Ability to be certified on all Machine Handling Equipment (MHEs) within the facility. This includes Forklifts, pickers and reach-trucks,both Propane and Electric, and to operate these in a safe and compliant manor
Ability to work within a schedule and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
One (1) of relevant Warehouse or related experience
Knowledge of all aspects of CFS and/or FTZ Operations (site specific)
One (1) of International Freight Forwarding Warehouse Operations experience preferred
Good math skills.
When applicable, must be licensed to operate a vehicle and comply with all state and federal DOT regulations which include passing a physical and being 21 years of age.
Must have DG Awareness training completed
Ability to use good safety judgment.
Excellent organizational skills for freight compliance.
When applicable, must have valid travel documentation (i.e. Passport) in order to cross the border.
TSA Certified for operating within a CCSF (site specific)
HS Diploma/GED required.
Excellent communication and comprehension skills.
