Capable of interpreting SOPs and following detailed instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
Proficient in basic math, measurements, and calculations related to material usage
Able to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours) and perform physically demanding tasks
Detail-focused with strong decision-making skills regarding quality standards
Experienced with GMP, GDP, or QSR environments and committed to adhering to strict safety and documentation protocols
Self-motivated, highly organized, and willing to learn new skills across different departments
