Ability to work mandatory overtime and holidays as service conditions require
Attain and maintain a DOT medical card
Lift and move objects up to 120 pounds

Previous operating experience with similar equipment is desirable
Complete on-the-job and/or classroom training as required

Light commercial driver's license or equivalent required, depending on state law and be able to drive manual shift in some assignments

Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members
Must have physical stamina to work in industrial production setting with repetitive movement for entire scheduled shift (8-12 hours).
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production specifications
Must be able to do visual inspections and listen to equipment for malfunctions/changes in pitch which can indicate a problem.
Basic computer skills for accessing SAP and locating blueprints
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required
Continuous periods of walking, sitting, and standing
Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, standing pushing, pulling, and reaching for extended periods.
GED/High School Diploma
Must be able to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50lbs unassisted, and perform physical tasks associated with the role
