High school diploma or GED required
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record required
2–5 years of experience in building/facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related mechanical/electrical trade
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, with demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and repair common issues
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening as well as a background check
Operate company vehicles and material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) to move tools, parts, and supplies between areas or job sites
Maintain compliance with FAA Part 145 repair station requirements, OSHA regulations, EPA standards, and applicable building codes
