3+ Years -Experience operating Faro Laser and Tracker Arms preferably on large, fabricated structures.
3+ Years- experience using Metrology software- spatial analyzer preferred.
3+ Years CNC & Manual Machining experience.
Ability to select correct cutting tools and calculate appropriate cutting speeds/ feeds.
Line boring/ portable milling experience strongly preferred.
Advanced understanding of print reading and interpreting of GD&T; - ASME Y14.5
Ability to accurately use precision measuring tools Micrometers, Indicators, etc.
Ability to make real-time decisions with incomplete data and communicate risk, tolerance, and intent clearly to supervisors and crafts.
Ability to clearly direct multiple crafts (fitters, welders, rigging, QA) during time-critical alignment and placement operations.
Ability to perform and thrive under pressure in a very fast-moving Fabrication/ Construction environment.
Comfortable working independently with minimal instruction.
