3+ Years' Experience in Profile Grinding
Must be very organized and thorough, following all procedures for quality and safety.
Have CAM knowledge and programming experience.
Basic understanding of tools
Ability to read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings.
Record part counts, runtimes, and process data accurately specifically in production documentation or ERP System
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to manage time well to meet deadlines.
Ensures conformance to specifications utilizing CMM, height gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices to adjust wheel profiles, to produce drawing specified dimensions and ensure overall quality.
