- High school diploma or equivalent
- Wave Solder Operator
- Must have thorough understanding of the wave solder process and the equipment used to be able to make judgments concerning good and bad solder joints
- Evaluates results of wave soldering process to ensure process control
- Ensures compliance to Foxtronics' wave solder procedures
- Understands safety issues related to wave soldering
- Must be able to perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and dexterity
- Must be able to read and understand engineering documentation
- Organize workload and prepare for the start of the shift
- Review process documentation for any special requirements
- Perform tasks as directed by the supervisor of assembly touch-up
- Performs wave soldering to IPC-610 workmanship criteria
