Must have high school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
Minimum of 5 years of folding carton converting experience.
Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to do the jobs he/she is supervising or to quickly gain a working knowledge of those jobs.
Knowledge of, or be able to learn quickly, safety rules and procedures, operating, maintenance, and technical policies and procedures.
Efficient in basic computer skills.
Strong technical knowledge of converting and finishing operations.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Able to interpret instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or scheduled form.
Experience working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
