1 to 2 years
Previous manufacturing experience in the metal roofing and siding industry
Previous experience with setup, calibration, and operations
Operate metalworking machines such as presses, shears, rollers, CNC machines, or lathes
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
Record production data and report any material or equipment issues
Ability to work and effectively communicate with production management
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment in an effective, safe manner
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work in a non climate-controlled environment (AZ Heat Outside / cold climates)
Lift up to 70 pounds
