Able to perform basic math functions
Minimum 3 years of fabrication and welding experience in an industrial environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, technical drawings, and tape measure dimensions accurately.
Strong knowledge of fabrication practices, material properties, and welding techniques.
Ability to use measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, levels, squares, and micrometers.
Able to understand, perform and retain various job-related training, operational, and safety procedures.
Excellent technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
