High School Diploma or equivalent.
Technical training in blueprint reading, Inspection.
2-5 years' experience as an inspector in a manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Full understanding of GD&T; and basic understanding of statistics is required.
Skilled using a variety of measurement equipment including calipers, pin gage set, height gage, test indicator, micrometer, pitch micrometer, dial indicator, surface plate, optical comparator, laser, smart scope, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
Able to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic production environment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent written communication skills necessary. Must be adaptable and able to work with regular interruptions.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience using and ERP system.
