- Strong basic math skills including fractions, decimals, ratios, percentages, and graph interpretation
- Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to carry out written, oral, or diagram-based instructions
- Ability to troubleshoot problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations
- Ability to operate drills, grinders, and other maintenance shop tools
- Welding experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Willingness and ability to travel between plants or obtain parts as needed
- Flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts
- Physical: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Physical: Ability to push or pull objects up to 250 pounds
- Physical: Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Physical: Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Physical: Ability to routinely stand, sit, walk, hear, and speak throughout the shift
