Strong knowledge of:
Mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs
Equipment reliability metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR)
Experience in:
Maintenance planning systems (PMs, work orders, emergency work)
Spare parts and inventory management
Condition-based monitoring (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil sampling)
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Experience managing budgets and controlling maintenance costs
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organization

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance/equipment for heavier loads)
Frequent use of hands, tools, and equipment
