Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license
One year of experience as a Maintenance I or one year of related work experience
Working knowledge of tools in the fields of lighting, plumbing, electric, and carpentry
Ability to operate a tractor and forklift
Ability to drive a golf cart and/or company vehicle if required
Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal
Physical requirements include complete mobility and good physical conditioning, good hearing and vision, and ability to tolerate heat and working in adverse weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, squat, lift, and climb ladders; must be able to stand/walk at least 90% of shift
Ability to work in confined spaces
Ability to operate both small and large equipment
Must be able to push/pull/lift a maximum of 60 lbs.
Ability to safely use chemicals in and around the workplace meeting OSHA standards
