Associate degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school OR 5–8 years of relevant experience and/or training
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience with PLCs, servo drives, and automation systems
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and technical documents
Strong verbal communication and leadership skills
Basic math skills including percentages, proportions, and geometry
