Must have 5+ years' experience in the maintenance field including plumbing, electrical and construction.
A strong mechanical background, with the ability to diagnose and work on small horsepower engines and larger diesel equipment.
Must have basic HVAC skills.
Proficient in work with hydraulics.
Proficient in Mig and Arc welding.
Proficient use of all power tools: table saw, drill press, compound miter saw, etc.
Experience with and ability to operate snowplow, tractors, front-end loaders, trailering, small engine equipment (lawnmower, weed wacker or similar machinery) and follow appropriate safety measures.
Ability to lead and mentor.
Must possess valid driver's license from his/her state of residence
Forklift certifiable
Able to obtain DOT health card
Must have ability to pass medical evaluation for respirator use and abide by requirements for wearing respiratory protection.
Must have a range of motion sufficient to permit climbing stairs and ladders, walking, standing, stooping and crouching for extended periods of time while performing duties.
Must be able to lift minimum of fifty pounds in a safe manner and request assistance when warranted.
Must be able to work extended/flexible hours when needed.
