Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
Have basic computer knowledge.
Work schedule: Ability to work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and during startup or abnormal operating conditions as business needs require.
Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
Safety Mindset: Demonstrated prior experience with a focus on working safely and hazard recognition.
Ability to learn and regularly utilize mill computer systems such as: Production MRP System (SAP), Manufacturing Execution Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.

The ideal candidate must have one of the following:
Minimum 2-year related technical degree in related manufacturing field, or 5+ relevant years of experience with high-speed manufacturing or industrial mechanical and electrical fields.
Consistent and prolonged work history with demonstrated longevity and ability to succeed in work assignments.
Can physically work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, and enter confined spaces.
