Strong negotiation, organizational, and team leadership skills with a track record of thriving in a deadline-driven environment.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience required in either a corporate environment, third-party service provider or as a consultant.
Must also have experience with utility systems found in commercial high-rise buildings (i.e., steam absorbers, compressed air and vacuum systems, water treatment and air handling equipment).
