Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 15 years of experience managing a team in the Aerospace & Defense market (Maritime preferred), with 7+ years senior management role leading and motivating a diverse workforce focused on system integration. Or a Graduate degree with 13 years of applicable experience. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 19 years of applicable experience.
