High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of facilities engineering or industrial maintenance experience
Working knowledge of electrical systems: 460V/220V/120V AC and 24V DC circuits, motor starters, power distribution, PLC programming (ladder logic), and control circuit devices
Mechanical aptitude: bearing/shaft/drive alignment, belt and chain tensioning, pneumatic systems, and preventive maintenance scheduling
Computer proficiency: Windows OS troubleshooting, Ethernet networking, RS232/RS422 serial communications, and hardware-level diagnostics (cards, chips, I/O devices)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Environment: Production/warehouse environment with closely monitored and legally compliant regulations
Physical Requirements: 100% standing, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift
