8+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience
Strong expertise in Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorizations, Claims Adjudication, and Appeals
Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Commercial insurance coverage and reimbursement processes
Experience supporting specialty therapies such as Oncology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Neurology, or similar therapeutic areas
Excellent customer service, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
