BS in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering with 10+ years of construction management and/or general foreman for that trade experience OR Master Plumber OR Master Electrician OR Education my be substituted for 15+ years of mechanical, electrical or plumbing experience as a construction foreman OR clearly demonstrate detailed subject matter expertise in their field of specialty.
