- Serve as the subject matter expert for safety issues: advise site leadership on hazard recognition, risk assessment, corrective action, mitigation strategies, and compliance obligations
- Investigate accidents, near misses, injuries, and property damage incidents
- Lead root-cause analysis, document findings, and collaborate with management to implement corrective/preventative measures
