Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (electronics/manufacturing focus preferred), or equivalent industry/military experience
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, preferably in electronics manufacturing, including 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
Aerospace, Defense, and/or Medical manufacturing experience required for applicable sites

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and resource allocation
