Education: Associate degree or higher in Project Management, Business, Construction, Information Technology, Electronics, Low-Voltage Systems, or a related field preferred.
Certifications are not required, but the following are considered a plus: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30; CAPM; PMP; Low-voltage, security, access control, CCTV, alarm, or related technical certifications; Any additional project management, safety, or technical training.
Candidates without certifications will still be considered if they have strong technical ability, project coordination experience, and the ability to support field teams effectively.
Strong grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting installation or service teams in a technical environment is a plus.
Advanced multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of interfacing confidently with clients, technicians, and leadership.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve project-related challenges independently or collaboratively.
