4+ years of experience and a demonstrated track record of successfully contributing to growth businesses with tremendous drive, intellect, and emotional intelligence; examples could include:
Operating experience in a high-growth company in a growth-related function, preferably in higher education Required

Bachelor's Degree Required
Private equity portfolio operations with a focus on growth and/or higher education

Scope: Broad experience leading, maximizing performance, and driving growth across new solution development, alliances/partnerships, sales, customer (student) experience, customer (student admissions) services/retention, and marketing
