Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of seven years utility or other equivalent experience in engineering, operations, finance, program/project management, or business planning.
Indirect management skills including the ability to initiate and establish objectives, develop and execute policy, direct and prioritize resources, and recommend and oversee development or implementation of systems, programs, or processes.
Leadership and teamwork skills to negotiate with and influence peers and senior officers on policy and strategic issues.
Communication and interpersonal skills including ability to manage and motivate employees, use oral and written communication to create a vision, communicate strategy, and effectively interface with other Company leaders.
Knowledge of the company's strategic wildfire mitigation plan, regulatory and political environment, as well as the company's policies, procedures and practices, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Strong technical writing skills including proposal generation, policy creation, and plan development.
Track record of delivery skills.
