Must possess strong to expert working knowledge of ESA systems, policies, and procedures.
Must possess strong analytical and understanding of financial reporting procedures.
Must be in good standing and have strong performance reviews as a current General Manager or Assist Manager.
The position also requires off-duty availability which may interrupt sleep and/or personal time.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The employee frequently works in outside weather conditions and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.

Perform advanced inspection procedures on medium to large, complex double-sided circuit boards and assemblies
Access customer quality systems, communicate inspection findings, and address quality concerns
Act as final quality checkpoint prior to shipment to customers or end users
Train and support other employees on quality control processes and inspection procedures
Ensure components meet all customer quality specifications and move materials to inspection workstations as required
Strong ability to present information and respond effectively to managers, customers, and cross-functional teams
Proven analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw sound conclusions
Proficiency with Windows-based systems and quality inspection software
Advanced computer skills; experience with manufacturing or quality systems preferred
Ability to read and interpret visual aids, technical documentation, and work instructions
Strong written communication skills for basic correspondence and reporting
Ability to follow structured instructions with attention to detail and accuracy
Solid math skills, including calculating ratios, percentages, and interpreting graphs
Comfortable working with standardized processes in a precision-driven environment
