Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
Physical requirements: Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to clean, inspect, and service machinery.

Production Supervisor
Shift is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
Effective communication skills for workforce coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and production software.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (5S/6S, Kaizen, takt time, flow optimization, waste reduction).
Ability to interpret production metrics and implement corrective actions.
Understanding of ISO 9001, quality inspection checkpoints, and nonconformance handling.
Assembly and manufacturing experience
Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking
Strong ability to enforce safety rules, lead safety talks, and maintain compliant work environments.
Paying $27-$33 an Hour DOE
