Advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, transportation, or related operations, with a demonstrated track record of leading large, complex, multi-site teams
Experience across multiple areas of supply chain (e.g., distribution, transportation, fulfillment, or network operations) strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead in different functional areas over the course of a career is highly valued
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments such as retail, consumer goods, grocery, or similar industries preferred
Travel is expected based on business needs
