Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of progressively responsible and directly related data management experience
Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience utilizing enterprise-level ERP Supply Chain applications (such as Workday or Infor Lawson).
Proven ability to cleanse, analyze, manipulate, and connect large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
Solid understanding of Master Data Management principles and governance practices in an enterprise environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of automated materials management functions, financial reporting, and statistical activity data.
Contractual Knowledge: Ability to understand, draft, and analyze Contractual Agreements and Pricing Agreements.
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to work effectively as both an individual contributor and a team leader.
Relationship Management: Proven capacity to manage complex, professional relationships with critical external vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
Customer Service: Ability to remain sensitive to the needs of clinical and operational customers through quality service principles.
Change Management: Knowledge of project management processes and the ability to help plan and implement workflow changes.
