Three plus years of UKG technology experience including configuration design, testing strategies and environment management
Experience with large-scale systems implementations (i.e. Workday, UKG, etc).
Three plus years of supervisory experience.
Ensure ability to meet essential job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Business or related degree.
Seven plus years' experience in HR information systems and technology, including experiences in one or a combination of the following: HCM, Payroll, Scheduling, Timekeeping, ERP Systems, HR Analytics, Talent/Learning Management Systems and/or digital transformation.
Ability to ideate and/or “push back” in a constructive way with key stakeholders to get alignment of an optimal solution for the overall business enterprise.
Ability to move between strategy and operations, acting as a ‘working manager"
Experience developing detailed business cases and requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical language, formal and informal, based on audience.
