Maintaining site productivity and quality standards/metrics
Preparing work for digitization by extracting payments and documents from mailing envelopes
Operating high-volume document scanning machines while validating quality of scanned images
Ability to accept and utilize feedback
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Strong typing skills

Ensuring that all customer and bank guidelines are followed as related to operations, internal audit and security, and general practices
A team player able to maintain a positive attitude and flexibility to work in different functions
Making judgment calls regarding routine duties but refer non-routine situations to a supervisor and/or manager
Physical requirements for most roles: Sitting, up to 95% of the time; standing, up to 10% of the time; walking, up to 10% of the time; and ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
Inputting and validating data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing
Validating/reconciling electronic records to paper documentation
Effectively interact with diverse groups within the organization

Understanding of Bankcard industry regulations and guidelines a plus.
SAP system processing experience a plus.
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and adaptable/flexible.
Strong verbal/written communication.
Associate's degree or higher.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
1-2 years prior experience in bankcard, merchant disputes or call center activities is preferred.
