At least 1 year experience in data entry, administrative tasks and phone work.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Basic understanding of customer support and related processes.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, thoroughness, and professionalism.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
Ability to calculate numerical totals including price and discount calculations and invoice totals.
