Identify root causes of process deviations and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and production, to resolve technical issues effectively
Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining product quality and adherence to safety and environmental standards
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, and Kaizen, and provide training and technical support to operations staff as required
